How it all works

 

Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are a fitness rockstar, this workout is perfect for you!

 

Every 60-minute SPENGA session includes:

  • 20 minutes of heart-pumping spin
  • 20 minutes of strength training
  • 20 minutes of invigorating yoga

 

If it's your first SPENGA session, here's what you need to know:

To maximize your SPENGA experience, plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session. Check in with a SPENGA team member and they'll get you set up with everything you'll need to rock your first Ride, Rep, Revive.

 

To avoid distractions and ensure a safe and fun workout for everyone, please do not bring cell phones into the studio.

What to bring to your session

 

For the best SPENGA experience, we recommend bringing the following:

  • Water bottle (SPENGA bottles available for purchase) & we have bottled water available for purchase
  • Personal sweat towel
  • We supply top-of-the-line Manduka Yoga mats (or bring your own if you prefer)

 

Since we'll be switching workouts throughout the session, here's what you'll need to have on your feet:

  • Spin:  Gym shoes or spin shoes (SPD)
  • Strength:  Gym shoes
  • Yoga:  Barefoot or socks

STUDIO AMENITIES

  • Locker Rooms:

    Spa-like facilities with showers to freshen up after your workout.
  • Body Composition Technology by InBody

    Quickly measure fat mass, muscle mass, and calories burned at rest. No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the handles. 

    Percent Body Fat (PBF) is a measurement of body composition detailing how much of the weight of your body is fat.

    Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM) is the total weight of your skeletal muscle. These are the muscles that can be grown and developed through exercise.

    Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is how many calories you burn at rest in a 24hr period. BMR is directly correlated with Lean Body Mass and can be used to calculate your total daily energy expenditure.
  • Aromatherapy:

    Our invigorating blend of essential oils creates an aura of energy, calmness, and joy.
  • Fuel:

    Sparkling or still water, cold brew coffee, and performance-based beverages including several protein and collagen options are available. Grab a healthy bar on your way out the door, to refuel as you tackle the day. 
  • Shop:

    Represent the Best. Workout. Ever. with SPENGA tanks, tees, sweatshirts, drinkware and accessories. You might even catch a pop-up shop of goods from local retailers or our exclusive brand partners.
