Virginia has been a fitness trainer for over 12 years and has taught a variety of formats including spin, barre, tabata and strength. As a new mom and 2x cancer survivor (thyroid and melanoma), she believes that every challenge she has faced along her own fitness journey has made her a more knowledgeable and compassionate instructor. Her mantra, “something is better than nothing, and late is better than never,” evolved from her understanding that a little bit of effort goes a long way in the end - especially during those uphill battles. Expect to push your limits and earn a revitalizing and meditative Revive at the end of her sessions!


When she’s not werking up a sweat at Spenga, she loves to hike, explore local vineyards, nap with her kittens, and wakesurf whenever she can hitch a ride.
